THE Corporate Mafia's weapon of choice is a reverse share exercis exercise, better known in this part of the universe, as a share consolidation offing.

AN announcement of the share consolidation is expected to be out very soon, which will a minimum of ten shares boxed into one or a maximum of 30 existin g Hong Seng Consolidated shares, consolidated into one share.

SHARE consolidations are a big red flag, that a company is financially distressed, and is at risk of being delisted from the stock exchange witbout such a corporate exercise. IN, Hong Seng Consolidated's case, such an exercise,is all the more of a bogeyman, as the company has lost more than RM7 billion of its value inside 36 months due to a large chunk of its announced proposed multi billion ringgit earning ventures turning out to be HOT AIR

THIS man and the minister he serves still have a job and are in the same job, because a sickening lack of leadership, have decided to live without a back bone.

BY doing so, the other side of the story is, we the tax payers, we the voters are being made to feel, look and accept that we are a bunch of low IQ morons.

ENOUGH is enough. Cast aside party politics by sending a message on May 11 at the Kuala Kubu Baharu (KKB) state by-election, that love will run out of backdoor , when sub standardness walks in the front door.

The Malaysian stock exchange has shades of North Korea..

ORDINARY Malaysians arent investing in the stock market because they either do not have the money to do so,  are put of by the Malaysian requlators inability to effectively gate keep fair play , and lack of confidence in how we are being governed 

YET, the Malaysian stock market is having its best days since March 14, 2022. The market's benchmark index VIEW :is up 9.86 per cent this year.

THE bullish stock market though cannot shake of the shades of North Korea, where everything is doctored to make the great dictator Kim Jong Un look great in his own eyes.

NEVER mind the seasonal foreign READ :foreign fund exodus, at levels last seen four years ago, but do worry how market requlators, which comes under the finance ministry, have single handedly lost two generations of would be investors due to perceived indifference in governance.

Good for the Madani Government if they do. The flip side to this dramatic show is, if we the people of Malaysia fail to take the bait, Putrajaya will be left to deal with out CONTEMPT .

Malaysia ; Intelligent People Must Not Offend Stupid People

HOW best can one describe the state of Malaysia today? For me, personally, I would describe the atmosphere of Malaysia today as being a place where intelligent people are silencing themselves, so that either stupid or corrupt people won't get offended.

JUST look at the READ : Najib Razak pardon issue, where the Government of the days haven't given us any clarity on where is the additional supplementary orders.

OR how about READ : Nga Kor Ming allegedly stating that additional Government expenditure in Kuala Kubu Baru is due to good feng shui.

THIS is coming from a minister who looked supremely intelligent just days ago, when he came under attack from UMNO's Muhamad Akmal Saleh. READ : ministers like Nga affecting economy, not boycotts - Akmal.

TO top up the level of insanity around us, we being asked to believe READ :that we don't see local rice on our shelfs because traders don't want to sell it to us.

I could go on and on, but what's the point...I might just end up caught in the sin of offending some stupidly corrupt bunch. And that is the bottom line.

Malaysia ; State of Shock

WHEN it rains, it pours and it is certainly pouring out like a tsunami on the Government led by Anwar Ibrahim on so many fronts.

FOR one, the Sabah Government's move to revive, READ : the lembaga Padi dan Beras board, a decision made just hours ago, looks like it is going to directly challenge BERNAS sole right to import rice.

TENGKU Zafrul, it seems have been distancing himself from the Zahid Hamidi camp in recent months has been pretty obvious when READ : he quit as UMNO Selangor Treasurer .UMNO Selangor is led by those close to Zahid Hamidi.
